This webinar focuses on the topic of procurement and preparing selecting a contractor. This is the 2nd part on tender procurement. The selection of the winning or successful bidder for a build project can be based on a number of different factors, not just cheapest cost or quality alone. What are the key factors in evaluating and determining who will be most suitable and awarded the contract?
