Webinar Description
This webinar focuses on the topic of procurement and more specifically writing a tender. An offer (bid or tender) is conditional upon acceptance and signifies mutual agreement between parties. Tender writing starts with a solid process. This session briefly discusses the importance of why tenders must be carefully written to avoid misunderstandings and avoid disputes because some projects can be either very simple or possibly very complex and complicated.
