Webinar Description

This webinar focuses on the topic of contract management and dealing with contractors. The first session deals with Contract Management (CM). Management of construction contracts requires skilled professionals with experience in project management. A good contract manager must establish certain goals and define the objectives to be reached to complete those goals.
