Many mainstream personal finance texts fall short for Indigenous Canadians and non-Indigenous Canadians alike because they do not speak to the varied backgrounds, knowledge systems, and experiences. This webinar will be on understanding financial empowerment that is relevant for Indigenous people. The focus will be on understanding the relationship between financial empowerment and paying rent and what approaches should be taken for people to understand the budgeting process.
