Webinar description
This webinar explains and provides practical advice on bid bonds, performance bonds, labour & material bonds, and construction bonds in general – collectively referred to in this session as construction bonds. A contractor’s bond is a type of surety bond that involves three parties – the contractor, the customer/client, and the insurer. Simply it guarantees that the contractor will perform the work, or that the surety will pay for damages.
