Dispute resolution refers to a number of processes that can be used to resolve a conflict, dispute or claim. In the area of housing there may Tenants and construction disputes. In First Nations communities, there appears to be emerging models of alternative resolution processes.

This webinar will give an overview of dispute resolutions and the including how resolutions may be resolved according to the culture and customs of the indigenous party involved.
